Enlarging the garden level entrances

Arched openings, higher ceiling heights, and removal of non-historical walls have enlarged the entrances to the garden level.

The completed drywall waits for its final finishes.

Prior to the restoration, ductwork and piping ran underneath the suspended ceiling. The project has replaced all the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems running them underneath the garden level floor and up four new vertical chases, hollow wall that allow pipes and ducts to run from the garden level to the attic.
